The canyon is situated near the village of Zadvarje in the countryside of Omiš. In some places, canyon cliffs rise up to 180 meters of height. The canyon has two levels which are separated from the biggest waterfall on river Cetina called Velika Gubavica with an impressive height of 50 meters. The canyon whose length is 2 km is characterized by extraordinary lateral limestone cliffs that form it. Its bottom is covered by amazing rock shapes that the river has been forming through the thousand years in which special places have crystal clear pools and numerous rapid slides.

The spring of river Cetina is situated in Dalmatian country side near the village Vrlika. Cetina is 104 km long river that enters in sea in the city of Omiš 25 km south of Split. Best part for our Canyoning adventure is on middle part of the river just near the village Zadvarje.On this part river Cetina throught the thousand of years made the deepest canyon in its bed and most suitable for our Canyoning adventure.

Exit Split and go north towards highway A1 – DUGOPOLJE entrance. Enter the highway and drive 35 km in the direction of DUBROVNIK. Exit at ŠESTANOVAC and drive 2 km south to the ZADVARJE village. We’ll meet you at INA gass station in the center of village (street Hrvatskih branitelja) and escort you to our company office.
